Refund - Return Policy

PlaynBrix™ Refund Policy

At PlaynBrix™, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

How to Request a Return

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@playnbrix.com If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back. Please note that any items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you encounter any of the following issues, reach out to us immediately:

  • Your item is damaged or defective.

  • You received the wrong item.

We will evaluate the situation and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care or intimate wear

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
